Evelyn Kowalski is an undergraduate Human Development & Family Studies and Political Science major at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She joined the Early Childhood Health Consultation Program in February of 2024. She aims to promote accessibility to resources for early childhood care providers and  increase outreach to support communal needs.
