Learn how the Wisconsin Poison Center serves as a vital public health resource for poison emergencies, exposure management, and prevention. This presentation will highlight who staffs the Poison Center, common and emerging poisoning exposures, populations at risk, and how to access Poison Center services. Participants will also be introduced to poison prevention strategies and educational materials available through the Wisconsin Poison Center. This event is approved for 1.0 hours of continuing education credit with the WI Registry.
